Elvis took the time to walk us through various options when we visited the showroom without an appointment, and both were incredibly helpful when it came to choosing colours and door styles — which turned out to be the hardest part!
Our entire windows and doors project was completed over three days. We were nervous about having a full exterior wall removed in November and replaced with a 12-foot glass system with a patio door. It was a major job, and along the way, some hidden issues like rotting wood were discovered. The additional costs were explained clearly and were completely reasonable.
Rob, Tyler, and Slav were courteous, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They reassured us every step of the way and cleaned up as much as possible during the installation. In rooms where only windows or doors were replaced, there was very minimal disturbance.
